4999 apk Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

4999 apk is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 4999 apk and all registered and unregistered users.

The platform operates through a website, mobile application, and other digital channels. In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines also apply to use of the platform and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

If you have any doubts or questions, please contact the 4999 apk customer support team. Our support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day, in both Bangla and English.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirement

A valid registered account is required to access any financial services on 4999 apk, such as deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, or betting. Each person may open only one account.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be complete and accurate. Registering with false or incomplete information is a direct violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure. Identity verification documents may be requested at any time.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their login credentials — username and password — fully confidential. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out from their account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify customer support immediately.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to take part in any casino or betting activity on 4999 apk. Registration or participation by anyone below this age limit is strictly prohibited.

A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested at any time for age verification. If a minor is found to have used the platform, the relevant account and all its balances will be forfeited.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to take the necessary steps to ensure that minor members of their household cannot access 4999 apk or similar platforms.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

Accepted deposit methods on 4999 apk are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Before making a deposit, ensure that your mobile banking account is active and registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The mobile banking number used for withdrawal must match the number registered on your account.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

4999 apk will not be liable for any failed transaction or misdirected funds resulting from an incorrect account number or other incorrect information provided by the user. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before completing a transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The bonus must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, and after completing ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers, the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 Other Promotions

Various promotional offers are available on the platform regularly, such as a weekly deposit event, Friday special rewards, birthday gifts, and a friend referral program. Each offer has its own terms, wagering requirements, and validity period, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible for each offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; no withdrawal will be approved until the specified wagering requirement has been met.
• If a user attempts to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts or any other dishonest means, the relevant bonus and account will be cancelled.
• 4999 apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

All games on 4999 apk are fair and operate through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If any user attempts to influence game outcomes through software or any other means, their account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

6.2 Technical Errors

Any bet or game result completed due to a technical error or system disruption may be declared void. In such cases, 4999 apk will consider refunding the amount of the relevant bet, but will not be obligated to pay any winnings.

6.3 Sports Betting

Specific rules apply to each sports betting event. How bets will be settled in the event a match or event is cancelled, postponed, or concluded outside the scheduled time will be set out in the rules for that event.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 4999 apk platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Money laundering or transacting with funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to make unauthorised modifications to the platform's software or systems.
• Betting or gaming using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Conducting coordinated or artificial betting activity for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
• Using false information to bypass the account verification process.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, their account will be permanently closed and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Platform Rights

4999 apk reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by User

If a user wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may do so by contacting customer support. Any withdrawable balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, but any unused portion of a bonus will not be refunded.

8.3 Responsible Gaming Self-Exclusion

If a user feels that gaming is becoming harmful to them, they can use the self-exclusion or spending limit features available in our responsible gaming section.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services on the 4999 apk platform are provided on an "as is" basis. The platform will not be liable for issues arising from internet connection disruptions, device failures, or third-party causes.

Gaming and betting carry the risk of financial loss. No game result is predetermined and there is no guarantee of winning. 4999 apk bears no liability for financial losses. Users participate in gaming activities at their own risk.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, we recommend contacting customer support first. You can also visit our FAQ page for answers to common questions.

Intellectual property rights for third-party games and software used on the platform belong to their respective developers. The use of these developers' games on this platform does not imply any partnership with or endorsement by those organisations.

11. Changes to Terms

4999 apk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.

The most recently updated version of the Terms will always be available on this page. Users are advised to visit this page regularly and stay informed of any changes.
